Auto-Fill Sequential Numbers

The Auto-Fill Sequential Numbers feature enables users to generate ascending or descending number sequences quickly, much like it works in an Excel spreadsheet.

This makes it easier to organize issues, create task lists, or assign identifiers across multiple rows without manual input.

How It Works

  1. Select Consecutive Numbers

    • Enter two consecutive numbers in different rows (for example, 1 and 2)

    • These values define the direction and interval of the sequence.

  2. Drag to Auto-Fill

    • Click and drag down from the bottom-right corner of the selected cells to continue the sequence.

    • The numbers will increase automatically (ascending).

    • If you drag upward, the numbers will decrease (descending).

  1. Auto-Fill with a Single Value

    • If you select only one number and drag, the same value will be repeated in each subsequent row.
