Sort Columns

Sort the column effortlessly by dragging and dropping it.

Freeze Columns

Select a cell and freeze up to the current column.

Sort and Filter

Click the column name to sort in ascending or descending order.

Change Child Issues

When the hierarchy mode is enabled, you can drag and drop the issue to change the parent of the child issue.

Change Issue Ranking

When the group by sprint is enabled, you can drag and drop the issue to change issue ranking.

Cell Context Menu

You can use some useful functions from the context menu. Right-click on the sheet and select the menu.

Add new comment

Add a new comment using the context menu or by double-clicking the Comments field.

Copy issue link

• Copy the URL of the issue

View issue

• Open view issue screen.

View issue in a new tab

• Open the selected issue on a new tab.

Clone issues

• Clone the selected issue.

Create child

• Create a new child issue for the selected issue.

This function is not supported currently on Jira software team-managed projects.

Delete issue

• Delete selected issue.

Change issue

• Perform Jira bulk change issue on the selected issue.
