Review Changes
Save changelog allow you to reconfirm the changes that you have before applying it to Jira.
Sort Columns
Sort the column effortlessly by dragging and dropping it.
Freeze Columns
Select a cell and freeze up to the current column.
Sort and Filter
Click the column name to sort in ascending or descending order.
Change Child Issues
When the hierarchy mode is enabled, you can drag and drop the issue to change the parent of the child issue.
Change Issue Ranking
When the group by sprint is enabled, you can drag and drop the issue to change issue ranking.
Cell Context Menu
You can use some useful functions from the context menu. Right-click on the sheet and select the menu.
Add new comment
Add a new comment using the context menu or by double-clicking the Comments field.
Copy link

Copy the URL of the selected work item
View work item

Open here to view the work item in a dialog screen.

Open in new tab to view the work item in a new tab.
Assignee

Change the assignee of the selected work item.
Priority

Change the priority of the selected work item.
Status

Change the status of the selected work item.
Due to a technical limitation, changes will be reflected in Jira as soon as users select the status.
This behavior differs from Assignee, Priority, and Version, where changes are first applied to the spreadsheet and require users to click the Save button to update them in Jira.
Version

Change the Fix Version or Affect Version of the selected work item. You can also create a new version from this option.
Clone

Clone the selected work item only or including their children.
Create child

Create a new child for the selected work item.
This function is not supported currently on Jira software team-managed projects.
Delete

Delete the selected work item only or including their children.
Change

Open Jira bulk change on the selected work item on a new tab.
