🐛 Bug fixes

• Jira administrator cannot update the WGC global settings

• Did not show the right percentages for resources in some cases

• Version rows with no issues under them are included in the calculation of the project's progress rate

• “Clone into template” for an issue with an attachment can’t save by selecting the template and adding the issue

• Importing an MS Project with manual task mode issues, an error occurs and when reloading, the start date and other data is blank
