Introduction to Scheduled Bulk Sync
Space Sync for Confluence allows you to schedule recurring synchronization of selected or all pages within a space. This works similarly to how recurring events are set up in common scheduling applications.
You can find the list of scheduled syncs in the Scheduled Sync tab. To create a scheduled sync, you must first configure it from the Manual Sync tab.
In the Scheduled Sync table, you can view the following details:
|
Field |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Name |
The name of the sync. We recommend using a name that clearly identifies the source and destination spaces. |
|
Exclude Labels |
Labels that are excluded from the sync. Contents with these labels will not be synced. |
|
Sync Blogs and Folders |
Indicates which content types (blogs and/or Folders) are included in the sync. |
|
Last Sync |
The date and time when the last bulk sync was completed. |
|
Next Sync |
The scheduled date and time of the next bulk sync. |
|
Frequency |
How often the bulk sync runs (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). If set to “Does not repeat,” the sync will run only once. |
