Support Dark mode & Jira 11 Compatible.

Support for Dark Mode
WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira now supports the dark theme.
When the dark theme is selected in Jira, the app will automatically be displayed in dark mode as well.
🦾 Improvements
Support for Jira 11
Jira 11 is now supported.
Starting with this release, the app files are separated for Jira 10 (and earlier) and Jira 11.
If you manually download and install the app file, please ensure that you select the correct file for your Jira version.
Display Reason for Disabled Menu Items
When hovering over a disabled menu item, the reason why it is disabled is now displayed.
