Not necessarily.
While the message may appear for multiple users right after the upgrade, only one user needs to click “Permit access.”
Once access is granted, other users will no longer see the message.

Q3. Why does the message appear even if the user isn’t using Excel-like Tables for Confluence?

The message may still appear even on pages where the app isn’t currently in use.
This happens because Excel-like Tables for Confluence requests general permission to read and understand page properties across Confluence, ensuring that all features work correctly whenever they are needed.

No, it cannot be completely disabled.
However, users can click “Dismiss” if they prefer not to grant access immediately.
