Using Excel export

You can use the Excel export function if you need to print and hand out a WBS created in WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira.

To export your WBS to Excel, select Tools ⇒ Excel export on the operations bar.

Note that Excel in WBS Gantt-Chart has the following restrictions:

• If there are more than nine hierarchies, an error occurs when opening the file, and it cannot be collapsed. This is a limitation of the grouping feature of Microsoft Excel.

Limit

The export process will time out if it is not completed within 30 seconds.

Therefore, timeouts may occur when exporting large Gantt-Chart with many issues.
