Configuring Gantt settings

After creating a Gantt, we need to configure it.

Initially, the newly created Gantt uses the default values that are configured for the add-on.

When using WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira, the project manager sets up a basic configuration as a minimum.
The specific settings are as follows.

• Configuring the progress rate

• Configuring version settings

• Configuring additional columns

• Configuring the holiday calendar
  

The way in which you manage the progress rate is a key factor that affects the outcome of the project.

We suggest you check whether you can leave the default settings as they are and make changes if necessary.

When you have completed the configuration, you can create your WBS.
