WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira Cloud is not supported in beta version. However, we do accept requests and bug reports.
If you want to report a request or bug, please report it using the public tracker or the service desk.

Use Ricksoft Service Desk only if you want to make a request or bug report in private.
We accept reports but do not support them.
